Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store, so that it can recognise the same browser
on a later request. Similar technologies — localStorage, session storage, tracking pixels and
device fingerprinting — do comparable things. This policy covers all of them.
A cookie that stores or is linked to information about an identifiable individual is personal data, so the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to it. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs everything else we do with your personal data.
1. The cookie we set

That is the complete list. The cookie holds a random identifier and nothing else — no name, no email address, no record of what you looked at, and nothing that follows you to another website.
It is set only when a page containing a form is loaded. It is a first-party cookie, meaning only
jjpmetasystems.com can read it.
2. What we deliberately do not use
We think a compliance consultancy should be able to say this plainly, so:
- No analytics cookies. We run no Google Analytics, no Matomo, and no equivalent. We do not measure your journey through the site.
- No advertising or retargeting cookies. No ad networks, no conversion pixels, no remarketing audiences. You will not be followed around the internet because you visited us.
- No social media tracking pixels. No Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no X/Twitter pixel.
- No session recording or heatmaps. We do not record your mouse movements, scrolling or keystrokes.
- No device fingerprinting. We make no attempt to identify your browser by its configuration.
- No
localStorageor session storage used to profile you.
3. Third-party resources, and what they receive
To keep pages fast we load some standard front-end resources — web fonts, an icon library and a small animation library — from public content delivery networks rather than from our own server.

These providers do not set cookies through this website, but as a technical necessity of delivering a file your browser requests, they do receive your IP address, the type of browser you are using, and the address of the page that asked for the file. Those requests may be served from infrastructure outside India — see Transfers outside India in our Privacy Policy.
Our site also links out to WhatsApp for the chat button. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you click it, at which point you leave our site and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.
4. Why we may set it without asking
Under the DPDP Act, personal data may be processed for a legitimate use under Section 7, including where you have voluntarily provided data for a specified purpose. Our session cookie exists solely to deliver a security function on a form you chose to open, and it is the minimum needed to do so.
Had we wanted to set analytics or advertising cookies, that would be a different matter: we would need your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent first, collected by clear affirmative action, and it would have to be as easy to withdraw as to give. That is precisely why we do not set them.
5. How to control cookies
You are in charge of your browser. Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, block them from specific sites, or block them all.

- Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data

You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it.
6. Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie or a similar technology, we will update this policy before we do, and the table above will list it. If the new cookie is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent through a clear opt-in before setting it — never through a pre-ticked box or a bundled acceptance.
